Matthew Vanover comes to the LYO with over a decade of experience in orchestra administration and music education, and two decades in non-profit leadership. As the Executive Director of the Immanuel School of Music in Northern Kentucky, he helped grow a regional music program that serves over 700 students each year through private lessons and group ensembles. Matthew has also helped serve underrepresented communities by developing music education outreach programs that bring educators to schools without music programs or teachers.
