One Call Now

LYO uses the One Call Now automated email system to notify members of important information such as cancellations due to weather, unexpected schedule changes, etc. Members will also receive the weekly memo (also available online) and production sheets via this system.

When You Move or Change Phones:

  • If you need to change your contact information, please contact your orchestra's Site Manager. See the Student Handbook for contact information.


Getting Help:

  • If you encounter a problem using One Call Now, email with your student's name and a description of the problem.
