providing "behind the scenes" support for performances and trips, and
facilitating communications among our family of members. All LYO parents are encouraged to

Gang and help raise funds by providing snacks and drinks for sale during
rehearsal breaks.
Help Wanted:
We need ushers, ticket takers, LYO tape and merchandise sales help, and reception help for
concerts. Please e-mail your offer to the LYO office. We
also need chaperones for various events. Please e-mail your
offers to the LYO office or call the LYO office at 896-1851.
Reminder:
We need to keep in touch with LYO alumni, especially those who
have pursued musical careers. So if you know about LYO alumni, please send us e-mail to let us know how to get in touch with them.
Carpooling:
Some parents make carpooling arrangements to rehearsals on their own. For those who would
like to join a carpool but have not been able to get into one, let the LYO office know of
your interest and they will attempt to match you with like-minded parents in your area of
town. Just call or e-mail your name, address, and phone
number to the LYO office with your carpooling request. |
