CHAIRS, STANDS: Chairs will be provided. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING
YOUR OWN MUSIC STAND!

CAMERAS & TELEVISION: Parents may video tape and take pictures at
this concert.
MEALS: Snack food will be available for sale at the Iroquois Park
refreshment stand.
DRESS: Informal Dress - Black and Khaki
MUSIC TO BE PERFORMED: Pops music
DOORS OPEN AT: 2:30 pm
TICKET PRICES: Free and open to the public. Derby Festival Pins
are REQUIRED to enter this event!
LOADING PERSONNEL AND LOADING TIMES: Mark Tate will assign
loading personnel.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All LYO equipment and LYO music must
be turned in at this concert.
