ALUMNI UPDATES:

Mimi Sinclair:
Dear friends at the LYO,
I was a member of the LYO from 69-75, playing one year in the Preparatory Orchestra, then advancing to the Youth Orchestra for our trip to Switzerland in 1971 for the International Festival of Youth Orchestras. I am still in contact with just a few of those fellow musicians and we were pondering the possibility of a reunion of that group. Am hoping you would be able to help us track down some of the members? I know some members play with the LO. Any suggestions on how to track the others?

Mimi (Bryant) Sinclair, originally from New Albany, was a violinist in the YO from 1969-1975. She attended the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music where she studied with Jens Ellerman and received a BM and MM in violin performance. Mimi then played violin in the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra from 1981-1990. She is now a board-certified music therapist and owner of Music Therapy Services in Cincinnati (www.music-therapy-cincinnati.com), and continues to play violin with the Blue Ash Montgomery Symphony Orchestra.
